St Mary de Crypt is part of the Parish of Hempsted with St Mary de Lode and St Mary Crypt, Gloucester - Church of England, Diocese of Gloucester.
The parish is in partnership with Gloucester Cathedral.
The Rector is Nikki Arthy who is also a Residentiary Canon of Gloucester Cathedral. Services are held at St Swithun’s, Hempsted and St Mary de Lode every Sunday. www.swithunandmary.org.uk
Visits and Tours at St Mary de Crypt
St Mary de Crypt is closed to the public during 2018, however there will be regular hard hat tours throughout the capital works. Tours are free, but please contact the Project Office to book a place, as numbers are limited. Hard hats and hi-vis jackets will be supplied but please wear strong walking boots or similar to protect your feet while on the building site. For your own safety, we reserve the right to deny access to anybody with inappropriate footwear. Tours are scheduled on the following dates on a Saturday:
A full range of heritage tours will again be available once we reopen in 2019.
