A Day in the Life of a Tudor School

A hands-on family event discovering what life was like in a Tudor school. What did you learn? What did you wear? What happened if you did something wrong?! There’ll be a chance to have a go at writing with a quill pen, making ink, trying on Tudor clothes and playing some Tudor games. You’ll even learn how to greet your teacher in Latin. Make sure you behave yourself or you might get to see what Tudor schoolmasters did with the birch!
Ideal for 8-12 year olds. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
