Thinking about death differently with Emma Curtis

22 June 2019 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Free – $5

How talking about death may improve your life.

No one wants to admit that they are mortal, and many of us find it hard to talk about death. We want to live, be positive, but we are all going to die one day. Some of us were taught that just mentioning something might make it happen. It doesn’t. Having spoken about death makes no difference to the statistics at all. Avoiding it makes it scarier, and it becomes biggest of all elephants in the room. Then, when it does happen, we leave having made no plans and our loved ones don’t know what to do.

Join us to reframe the facts and our beliefs around talking about death. Learn how talking about the unthinkable can actually make a positive difference to our quality of life. No one gets out of here alive! Let’s learn to walk with our mortality, and our humanity, and get more out of the life that we have.

Book a ticket for the whole weekend.
Includes all access to talks, workshops and concerts.
