National Day of Reflection

As we reach this unwelcome anniversary, Discover DeCrypt will be joining in the National Day of Reflection on Tuesday 23 March organised by Marie Curie Charity and supported by the Church of England. There is a great deal to reflect on.  For those of us who have lost loved ones, family members, friends, acquaintances; the landscape of our lives has changed.  We have all had to accept previously unimagined changes to the way we live, work and play.

We are inviting you to tie a yellow ribbon on the railings outside Discover DeCrypt to show support for all those who have been bereaved.  You can also join in  observing a one minute silence at 12 noon on Tuesday 23 March or put a light in the window at 8pm the same night. Take a moment to connect with someone you know who’s grieving. Have a chat, send a card, a message or spring flowers. Whatever you do for the National Day of Reflection, you can share your photos, reflections and experiences using #DayOfReflection.
